I co-founded and manage this campaign which aims to prove that there's more than one way to be a girl. We unwrap the packaging of girlhood which promotes a narrow and damaging message about what it is to be girl. In 2009 the campaign achieved coverage in 43 countries worldwide in print and was covered in print, online, on TV and radio throughout the UK including BBC Breakfast, Sky News, 5 News and Newsround. I won a level 1 UnLtd award in January 2009 and a Sheila McKechnie foundation campaigners award in the Women Creating Change category in September 2009. Most recently Pinkstinks has won the Mumsnet award at the first ever Body Confidence Awards, in April 2012, being voted for by the users of Mumsnet.

Manage a wide range of large scale research projects including the National Cancer Patient Experience Survey in England and Wales, All.Can Patient Survey on waste and inefficiency in cancer care, and working with a range of voluntary sector clients to design and deliver qualitative and quantitative survey and research programmes. I design, test, deliver programmes and then analyse and report findings to a wide range of clients. I manage a team of consultants.

I project manage a range of large scale research programs including most recently the National Cancer Survivorship Initiative survey, cancer symptoms survey, maternity services survey, the national PROMs programme, NHS Staff Survey, NHS inpatient and outpatient survey, chemotherapy and radiotherapy patient experience surveys. I oversee the development and implementation of these including carrying out cognitive testing, working with a range of volunteers and organisations.I deliver results to a range of NHS organisations, presenting findings and recommendations to groups of NHS senior staff and managers. I have worked in all kinds of NHS trusts, including Acute, Mental Health, Ambulance and Community. I am Prince2 Practitioner qualified.

This involved regular meetings with the board, chair and chief executive, overseeing the charity's activities and ensuring the strategy and mission are delivered. I was also a member of the Finance and Audit Committee.

I managed all of NCMA's print and design work as well as editing their members' magazine - Who Minds? - which had a circulation of over 50,000. I built the organisation's first website and managed a corporate identity redesign.

I managed the production of a wide range of published material including reports, leaflets, annual report and promotional items.
