Profile – Digital Healthcare ConsultantAs a nurse I know the challenges and competing demands clinical and non clinical staff face when delivering the day to day operational service and the need for clinical information software and systems to assist them in these important processes. As a Clinical Analyst with a large acute district general hospital in the north of England, I had the opportunity to work with some incredible stakeholders, project teams and software suppliers to ensure the project deliverables and system requirements were identified and incorporated at every stage of the implementation process to reach a successful go live and user adoption.As a Product Owner, I developed and understanding of the enormous effort that software suppliers make in ensuring that they produce relevant, timely and safe solutions for the healthcare market using Agile methodology.As Implementation Consultant for a global clinical healthcare solution company I worked with and learned from an exceptional global and UK team of solution consultants and project managers. The team and the NHS customer and stakeholders delivered successful implementations of the software solution.Senior Business Analyst with the Greater Manchester Cancer Vanguard Innovation project has given me the opportunity to be involved a number of projects with a scope that reaches beyond a single organisation and to visualise and plan business process that incorporate may services and service providers including commissioning. I anticipated the role would present some challenges and I was not disappointed.
