I loved the variety in this role. On any given day, I could be providing technical and customer support, coordinating shipments, reviewing sales strategy, or repairing machines. What kept me motivated was working with our customers! They trusted me to do whatever is in my power to get them what they need, whether it’s pulling apart old machines to find a replacement part or creating a customized troubleshooting guide. As many of our customers do not have a technical background, I’m known for my ability to translate technical language into understandable English. I enjoyed keeping our team organized and on-track. As the key liaison between our engineers, technicians, and customers, I coordinated machine repairs and help in the development and production of new machines. Supporting our salesperson was another key element of my role. I made sure that he had what he needed to successfully obtain orders, and get the product to our customers. I’m not just in the office, though. You can also find me in the warehouse, jumping in to help with whatever is necessary including machine repairs, inventory management, or shipping. What I was most proud of is how I was able to contribute to the profitability of the company.
