I work across a range of different aspects of third/voluntary sector organisation and programme delivery. Working with charitable organisations of all sizes, from small community based organisations to large nationals. From social media coordination to bid writing, I've worked in a variety of roles in the sector for the last decade. I'm passionate about co-production, storytelling and person-centred approaches.

Delivering the £550,000 repair academy and organisational development programme funded by UK Community Renewal Fund. Managing project finances, reporting, project development and relationships with multiple project delivery partners. The programme provided training and upskilling from 20 young people aged 16-25, many of whom were furthest from the job market. I also had responsibility for other grant funded programmes at the organisation. As one of two senior managers in the organisation I was tasked with developing new approaches to project delivery and income generation.

Programme manage, deliver and oversee delivery of the £2 million per year Self Management Fund for Scotland. Supporting people interested in self management approaches in the third sector to apply for funding, develop self management projects and inform and influence policy and practice on a local and national level.

Working on the Self Management IMPACT Fund, administered by the ALLIANCE on behalf of the Scottish Government. Supporting organisations throughout the funding process,grants monitoring and promotion of the fund.

Supporting organisations who work with individuals with long term conditions to develop sustainable walking activities for improved health and wellbeing. Promoting walking as a tool for self management. Report writing. Event planing and management. Producing appropriate and accessible resources within budget. Grant awarding and administration.

Supporting individuals with learning difficulties and autism spectrum disorders. I support therm with personal care needs, day to day living including shopping and budgeting as well as engaging with community activities. I ensure that daily routines are kept to to ensure individuals with ASD agitation levels are kept as low as possible. I keep daily and monthly reports about their health and wellbeing up to date.

Managing the running of a number of support services for adults and children with learning difficulties. These included both 24-hour supported living services and flexible support services. Emitting the smooth running of services within company policies and SSSC guidelines. Staff recruitment and management. Rota planning. Support planning with a personal outcomes approach. Regular liasing with other agencies including health care services, local authority day centre services and social work.
