- Reopened the Minories Gallery in August 2019 after a three-year period of closure, welcoming 2,000 visitors per month on average since opening.- Re-established the Minories as the centre of Colchester's creative community, a place it has held since it originally opened in 1956.- Managed operational tasks associated with upkeep of a Tudor/Georgian era historical building.- Organised partnership exhibitions with Goldmark Gallery, Hayletts Gallery and Cobbold & Judd Gallery.- Hosted Colchester's first Street Art Exhibition in collaboration with Crisp Events and Eyesaw.- Organised innovative commercial events including Alternative Fireworks night - an eco-friendly alternative to traditional fireworks.- Instigated and ran venue hire scheme.- Oversaw full redesign of Gallery's visual identity and website.- Oversaw reopening of Gallery Cafe, now run by a local community cooperative called Common Ground Colchester.-Built audiences on social media and mailing list.- Launched Members scheme.

- Led on a high-level partnership project between Firstsite, Art Council Collection, Sunderland Culture Newlyn Art Gallery and the Exchange.- Curated and project managed exhibitions at Firstsite - Including organising transport, insurance, managing budgets, organising government indemnity, monitoring and reporting on environmental conditions, creating physical and digital interpretation, writing texts, using sketchup to design spaces, managing freelance technician team during installations.- Devised and tested new methods of co-curation working with community groups.- Managed the Programme Assistant.- Planned and managed events (including but not limited to exhibition opening events).- Set up and maintained sponsorships and partnerships with local businesses.- Handled public enquiries.- Project lead for 'BIG WOMEN' exhibition, curated by Sarah Lucas and featuring the work of over twenty nationally and internationally renowned female artists.

Project Manager for 'Norfolk 2000' project. Using the Archaeological collections of Norfolk Museums Service to explore historical movement in the region and its benefits. The project culminated in a series of workshops and an exhibition, showing new work by 4 local artists. Funded by the Norfolk Arts Project fund and Arts Council England.

I managed a monthly rolling programme of exhibitions, including finding the artists, liaising with them prior to the exhibition and all related admin.
