This is a part time position in which I assist the event staff at an NFL stadium. Most duties include security/bag checks of all event attendees, ticket scanning, ushering, and patrolling areas of the stadium.

I was a sales associate in the Appliance, electronic, lawn & garden, hardware, and fitness departments.

I was involved in selling, quality inspecting, and adjusting eye wear. I assisted in a sale event where our store had the highest sales out of our entire company. I also communicate with insurance companies to request authorizations for appointments with our Ophthalmologist.

I worked in the credit and catalog department, managing all online/catalog orders as well as credit card disputes. After my first year with this company I reached "All-Star" level for catalog referrals. I was in the top 10 in our District in 2008. I was also recognized for having a perfect attendance record.

I was responsible for controlling the station when management was doing remote location broadcasts. I would follow verbal cues and cut to commercial breaks when advised.
