I was responsible for the traffic management of all creative and media work through the agency. I was one of the key contacts within the agency for clients and suppliers. My role covered a number of areas including handling campaigns from conception to completion ensuring agreed deadlines and budgets were met, negotiating with suppliers and time management of other agency staff.

I assisted three Account Handling groups in a secretarial role. Typing and formatting copy for client campaigns before work was booked into the creative department. I also worked as a cover receptionist handling a busy switchboard, greeting both clients and suppliers.
