With a BSc (Hons), MCSP, SRP, HPC, and APPI qualifications, Emma has built an impressive career since qualifying in 1998, primarily within the private sector.With a passion for identifying and addressing the underlying causes of injuries rather than merely treating symptoms, Emma has established her own clinics and managed multiple gym and corporate contracts, delivering tailored wellness solutions both on-site and remotely. Her commitment to a patient-centred approach has driven her to continually develop her clinical skills over the past 25 years.Emma’s holistic healthcare focus has enriched her practice, allowing her to incorporate a diverse range of treatment techniques including Pilates, acupuncture, and biomechanical analysis. She possesses in-depth knowledge of perimenopause and menopause and their mechanical effects on the body, further enhancing her ability to support clients through their unique health journeys.In response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Emma re-aligned her business and established the Wellness Hub in Berkhamsted.
