Current• Mastery of curriculum development and facilitation including presentations, resources, and training material• Participation in professional learning settings to with emphasis on problem analysis, designing solutions, and implementing corrections• Experience with editing and writing process for professional and academic purposes, including grants, proposals, and newsletters• Expertise with intervention strategies, programs, and differentiation of material for specific needs• Professional mentor throughout the onboarding process for new employees and student candidates, provides active coaching and modeling for new concepts• Builds connections with 250+ students, and their families, focusing on personal motivation, relationship management, and when required, de-escalation of difficult situations• Responsiveness to all shareholders in the educational process, including parents, administration, and business partners • Collaboration with peers to give and receive constructive feedback to improve performance• Leads Cambridge Department, collegiate-level program, through goal setting to yield data backed results• Proficient in virtual & in-person hybrid integration teaching experience to exceed state and national standards
