Mt Carlton

Relief Open Pit Superintendent during a period of extended leave. Reporting to the General Manager and managing four crews; mainly responsible for ensuring safe and timely execution of the plan.

Mt Carlton

• Managed a $2M resource definition drilling program including coordination and adherence to budget.
• Logging and reviewing diamond core and geotechnical data.
• Supervision and management of all 4 drill rig operations, contractors and stakeholders.
• Engaging stakeholders for initial pad/site preparations and rehabilitation efforts.
• Management of database including directional drilling and daily inputs.
• EOM reporting of significant intercepts vs inferred resource model.

Mt Carlton

• Management of daily ROM stockpiles using MPX.
• Implementation, insertion, management and reporting of QA/QC.
• Design and implementation of grade control programs as well as supervising drill rig operations.
• EOM reconciliation and reporting including images produced in Corel Draw released to the ASX.
• Pre and post blast analysis using BMT’s detection device and software.
• Pit wall mapping, reverse circulation chip logging and sampling.

Mt Carlton

• Mapping of structural measurements, lithology and alteration of pit walls.
• Undertook database management of grade control, structural and production.
• Management of daily ROM stockpile and supervised drill rig operations.
• Communicated geological information in assisting in short term and long term planning.
• Implementation, management and monthly/weekly reporting of quality assurance and control.
• Ensuring dilution is managed and ore recovered – ore mark ups, spotting when required.

Cracow Gold Mine

• Management of ROM daily stockpile. Assisted with EOM reconciliation and reporting.
• Mapping of underground face and backs and surface exploration lithology and alteration.
• Supervised underground and surface drill rig exploration and drill hole tracking.
• Undertook geotechnical and diamond core logging for both underground and exploration.
