I have more than 12 years of experience of providing on-farm advice to farmers across the UK. I am based in North Wales and have worked with a wide range of livestock businesses, providing business, soil health, technical livestock and nutrition advice.I have extensive project management and facilitation experience, having delivered a number of innovation projects across Wales with groups of farmers, vets and other stakeholders. I am BASIS and FACTS qualified and I regularly provide soil and fertiliser recommendations to farmers. I am also have extensive experience of business benchmarking and carbon auditing farm businesses. In addition, I have strong experience of marketing of red meat brands and red meat supply chains as well as the evaluation of food marketing programmes.I take an active role in the management of our family beef and sheep farm. I am also a Welsh learner who understands conversational Welsh.
