I use music and peer coaching approaches to work with those struggling with PTSD/Trauma and related emotional health challenges, to improve outcomes in business, health, and community. In the process we support people to find meaning and purpose, follow their passions, and find a sense of belonging in a nurturing and supportive community with music at the centre of what we do.We use a community wide approach, reaching those who might not come forwards and ask for help in the traditional sense. We combine our experience in working with those struggling with life challenges with our experience in music to support and uplift individuals and communities.ALFCIC's peer coaching approach and research in the field of psychology and treatments for emotional distress, challenges convention and explores new ways of thinking about helping people, overcoming barriers to change, achieving success, and, ultimately improving quality of life for all.
