ICR was established in NYC in 2009, to help Australian brands navigate Celebrity Partnerships. Over time the company grew to work with brands across the globe, brokering talent partnerships across campaigns and appearances. Scope of work included: producing print, digital and TV campaigns; building relationships with key industry leaders including agents, managers, publicists, writers, directors and photographers; building and managing relationships with key celebrity talent; supporting and managing clients from the campaign inception through to execution and beyond.

Founded company to specialize in film marketing, events and publicity. Produced documentaries, red carpet premieres and live events for clients including: Becker, Hoyts, Mushroom Pictures, Arclight Films and the Independent Film Awards. Managed personal publicity for Australian actors and directors including; Naomi Watts, Phillip Noyce, Gregor Jordan, Heath Ledger & Natalie Mendoza. Release Campaigns include: Rabbit-Proof Fence, Ned Kelly, The Quiet American & Russian Doll. Managed Press Junkets domestically and internationally including King Kong, and 21 Grams (Australia, NZ and Asia). Produced the documentary "Following The Rabbit Proof Fence" which screened internationally at festivals and on Television. Spearheaded the publicity campaign for "Rabbit-Proof-Fence" in Australia, which earned the second highest gross for a domestic film that year. Oversaw and implemented the film's award campaign earning 8 AFI nominations and 6 Independent Spirit Nominations as well as Best Film, Best actress and Best Director.

Built a successful client-base of industry leaders in sport, fashion, entertainment and media including; Bulgari, Christian Dior, Swarovski, The Sydney Olympic Games, News Corp., Virgin Australia, The Nine Television Network, Trimex, Pacific Dunlop & Mushroom Music. Engaged by Lachlan Murdoch & News Corp. to launch Superleague. Produced the 7 minute Grand Final Entertainment segment for the Rugby League live TV broadcast over 4 consecutive years. Served as the press contact for Diana, Princess of Wales during her visit to Australia in 1995 for the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute (VCCRI). Co-produced the VCCRI gala event and one-hour television special for the 9 Network. Launched the Australian Olympic Volunteer uniforms for the Bond's brand in Australia. Launched the fashion brand Morrissey Edmiston into Henri Bendels. Initiated and launched the Melbourne Fashion Festival Ready-To-Wear runway shows for designer brands. Managed campaign tours for: Priscilla Presley (Fragrance), Helena Christensen (Just Jeans), Linda Evangelista & Claudia Schiffer (Elite Model Look), Christy Turlington (Puma), Ian Thorpe (Bonds), Sarah Murdoch (Bonds) and Kylie Minogue (Stolichnaya Vodka). Secured performances by Sting, Macy Gray, Diesel, Kylie Minogue, INXS & Tina Turner for events.
