I work as part of the Recruitment Delivery Team, where I specialise in Nuclear & Engineering & Renewables across the EDF energy business. I support our Nuclear Generation, Coal & Gas and Renewables sector, providing advice and coaching to line managers on recruitment issues including recruitment markets/channels, best practice and legislation. I support managers through the internal and external recruitment selection process, identify and provide solutions to meet business specific resourcing strategies. Proficient in SAP, Image Now, ESS, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E Recruitment Applicant Management System and administer psychometric testing and provide feedback.
