-Working in partnership with Hiring Managers to recruit roles from entry level through to ‘Head of’ including attraction, screening and selection through to offer stage. -Writing of job adverts and design of associated assessment material, behavioural interview questions and selection methods to identify the best talent and provide a great candidate experience. -Conducting telephone and face to face based behavioural/competency interviews and facilitation of assessment centres.-Responsible for maintaining a good level of labour market knowledge for areas of specialism to ensure that we can source the best talent. Advising Hiring Managers of the quickest and most cost effective platforms to recruit. -Using social media platforms to promote our employer brand and to search for hard to fill positions. This includes writing of blog articles and content to keep passive candidates interested in our employer brand as well as posting job adverts and head hunting.-Negotiation and collaboration with suppliers such as Recruitment Agencies - PSL and non PSL for recruitment of Technology and Finance roles.-Work in partnership with Managers and HR Business Partners to manage business change/restructures in regards to redundancy selection. Delivery of interview skills training and advice to at risk employees. -Super User for I-Grasp Applicant Tracking System - involved in training UK and overseas recruitment teams, Hiring Managers and new team members, as well as the general housekeeping of the system, escalation of issues and generating reports.-Building key relationships within key Hiring Managers/Directors to ensure a full understanding of requirements and to put in place recruitment strategies for the delivery of operational and business critical areas such as Contact Centre/Airports as well as corporate areas.-Representing Virgin Atlantic when attending careers fairs/events and talks at universities/colleges/job centres and networking events.
