Alongside my role at Travers Smith I have established an entity called Learning for Good - https://learningforgood.org.uk/. Learning for Good offers interpersonal skills training to those employed in the charity sector. I have helped people and organisations learn and change throughout my career. I started off as a training designer and then broadened out into designing and delivering sustainable performance improvement (change management). I help to develop and implement the systems, processes and behaviours that are needed to deliver transformation. My skills in project management arose from the need to deliver and embed such change within professional service firms; to engage key stakeholders; to plan and maintain momentum, to ensure projects are prioritised in line with strategy. Overall, I have the intellectual clout and insight to discuss issues with business leaders. I bring excellent facilitation skills that enable effective engagement with key stakeholders balanced with the results focus to solve problems and push through to delivery. I have the organisational skills to bring a project in on time and on budget.
