Beaudesert & Boonah:Delivery of first-contact services, including management of inbound calls, administrative duties, and front-counter operations at the Beaudesert and Boonah Council offices. This role involved liaising with and supporting all Council departments and assisting to maintain and improve the team’s online knowledge management system. The Centre, Beaudesert:Delivery of professional first-contact services to visitors and patrons of Scenic Rim Regional Council's main arts and cultural centre. Management of online event ticketing system, cultural centre website, email direct marketing, and event-related promotional material. This role also involved a thorough review of existing operational procedures and then recommending, documenting and implementing new procedures for staff.

Provision of specialist advice and support to Council, Councillors, and Executive & Council staff on matters of media policy, media issues and promotion.

RCR was contracted to carry out Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) works and pre-commissioning of Fortescue's King's Ore and Firetail Ore Processing Facilities at the Solomon Mine.The scope included RCR core competencies of Structural, Mechanical, Piping and Electrical (SMPE) works. The contract was valued at over $600 million and followed receipt of equipment orders for apron feeders and belt feeders to RCR's Mining business by Fortescue for the Solomon project totaling $30 million.My role as Recruitment Specialist involved the recruitment and mobilisation of suitable blue collar personnel for the project. This included Boilermakers, Welders, Mechanical Fitters, Electricians, Electrical Assistants, Crane Operators, Heavy Lift Riggers, Scaffolders, Doggers, Plant Operators, Trades Assistants, Storepersons, Peggys, and additional specialist sub-contractors.

After deciding to relocate from QLD to WA, I was fortunate enough to be able to transfer within WorkPac to another industrial business centre. My Recruitment Coordinator role was based in the Perth North Industrial office (Leederville, WA) and involved the recruitment of blue collar workers in accordance with client requirements, as outlined in job orders assigned by Business Development Managers.
