Triathlon Western Australia is the State Sporting Organisation responsible for the governance, development and promotion of triathlon and multisport in Western Australia.

Led the Club’s marketing strategy designed to drive brand awareness, consideration and conversions across key target segments for both AFL and AFLW. I oversaw the team responsible for all brand touch points including campaigns, direct communications, game day production, delivery and experience, in-house design team and retail merchandise.

Managed the delivery of brand across the HBF transformation program, guiding how UX, UI and content were developed for HBF's new CRM, website and app. Lead for strategic brand and marketing operations projects including brand and CX strategy for acquisition of CUA Health Fund, and the procurement, design, implementation and adoption of HBF's first Marketing Resource Management tool and Digital Asset Management platform.

Management of the group brand marketing strategies designed to support HBF's brand health metrics including brand strategy, campaigns, partnerships and project lead for HBF Run for a Reason marketing and event delivery.

Brand campaign planning and execution in partnership with lead creative and media agencies.

Management of HBF partnerships portfolio including AFL partnerships, naming rights partnerships and marketing and delivery of HBF Run for a Reason and HBF Fitness.

Non voting member of Basketball WA board. Attendance at all board meetings and review of board papers.

The Sport and Recreation Career Pathways Program Emerging Professionals is a Department of Sport and Recreation People Development initiative, which assists people employed in the sport and recreation sector to further develop knowledge and skills.

Responsible for the management and delivery of Fremantle Dockers game days including the delivery of sponsor activations, precinct activities, on-field production and corporate hospitality. I was also responsible for the creation of event marketing and sales.
