I was a trainer at the dinning room at Erikson living. Some of my roles and responsibilities included helping out the hosts seat and sign in the customers, servers, and anyone else that need help in the dinning room. Assuring that the servers and staff stayed on task. Opening the dining room before we opened and closing for the night. Training new employees, signing out people before leaving there shift making sure it is ready for the next shift.
