I have always looked for ways to find out what I want my future to be, along with discovering what I am passionate about, including making connections with people. When I discovered the major of marketing, I was so excited to be able to research more about the programs it offered me. Marketing gives me people who are social and creatively driven, much like I strive to be. Deciding to come to Auburn for college was never a hard decision. I grew up in a small town about 30 minutes away and have always had season football tickets. As I navigated through what I wanted to do for my future, Auburn Harbert College of Business really stood out to me. I decided then I wanted to major in marketing and have enjoyed it ever since. As a current member of the Auburn University Marching Band as a majorette, I have had some of the best times and it has been the best decision being apart of this organization. The memories and friendships I have will last a lifetime and I am so thankful. Also upon coming to Auburn, I decided to go through sorority rush and went Phi Mu. I have never felt more at home and am so thankful for the girls in my sorority for making this feel like "my home away from home."Being a marketing student at Auburn University as a sophomore has already exceeded my expectations much more than what I ever could have dreamed of. I cannot wait to see what my future holds as I continue to network, make connections, and strive for the best future I can achieve in the world of marketing.
