In addition, I wrote several internal reviews on different food substances and health conditions i.e. veganism and fibers.• Research into human physiology, molecular food structures, industrial treatments of food components, growth potential and consumer behavior.• Key skills learned: Market research, project planning, critical literature review and interdepartmental collaborations.Project 3 - Corporate Social Responsibility• Project to structure information and create a visual representation of the CSR data via dashboarding.• Responsibilities involved performing a benchmark, data analysis and corporate information structuring. Working together with different departments to create a flow in sustainability information sharing and communicate this data to (possible) clients. • Key skills learned: interdisciplinary work, data analysis, benchmarking.
