Project 1 - Consumer communication• Worked on project basis as part of the Kenniscentrum Suiker en Voeding team. • Project regarding consumer communication. Organizing and structuring media platforms used for consumer communications, website and market analysis, article writing and social media development. General supportive tasks.• Key skills learned: Project planning, trend analysis, scientific-journalistic writing, graphics.Project 2 - Research Development and Innovation• Projects involved research studies into health components of the sugar beet, their market potential and strategic implementation. In addition, I wrote several internal reviews on different food substances and health conditions i.e. veganism and fibers.• Research into human physiology, molecular food structures, industrial treatments of food components, growth potential and consumer behavior.• Key skills learned: Market research, project planning, critical literature review and interdepartmental collaborations.Project 3 - Corporate Social Responsibility• Project to structure information and create a visual representation of the CSR data via dashboarding.• Responsibilities involved performing a benchmark, data analysis and corporate information structuring. Working together with different departments to create a flow in sustainability information sharing and communicate this data to (possible) clients. • Key skills learned: interdisciplinary work, data analysis, benchmarking.
