Primary contact for key account clients and is responsible for maintaining and developing commercial relationships and acting as the point of contact and escalation for enquiries supported by a dedicated in-house Client Services team. Responsible for working on forecasts, translating the strategies agreed with Account Directors into deliverables, producing quarterly plans for each account, creating and maintaining client calendars, analysing sales figures, creating contact reports, obtaining accurate briefs and presenting to clients.Routinely conducting external meetings with customers to gain a deep understanding of the client brand and key commercial activities so that all solutions proposed fit the brand and client requirements.Act as a product expert, spotting new industry trends and feeding these back to Account Director and Support Staff allowing the ability to offer solutions to any on-going client issues and to present alternatives to any product problems.

Responsible for creating and maintaining prospective plans, success criteria, and other goals surrounding pipeline creation, sales opportunity management and accurate forecasting.
