As a sales and operations intern at LFCA, I research and analyze client and marketing data to enhance the outreach process to potential clients. I improve client user experience by graphically designing covers for online learning sessions and condensing them into a readable format. I contribute to marketing by creating posts and pages of user feedback to demonstrate LFCA’s success, ongoing sustainability mission, and upcoming events.
