As a Kubrick consultant on client site at the FRBNY, I have had the pleasure of contributing to the efforts of bringing the data mesh to the Fed, working alongside some of the most distinguished data architects, engineers, solution architects, and professionals in data management. My contributions, primarily working with Collibra, include:- engineering from scratch various Collibra workflows (Eclipse IDE for Java Developers, Groovy) to enable a seamless integration of the platform with various other tools such as Tableau, Databricks, and Immuta - Executing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Analyses developed by the team- Engaging constantly with stakeholders within my Data Catalog team as well as across various Data Management teams; presenting and communicating the business need behind my work and educating on the navigation and practicality of Collibra as a SaaS

The front face of one of Santa Cruz’s most popular restaurants in downtown, interacting with a wide variety of people from families to university students to long-time regular locals. Duties include: - greeting guests in a friendly manner- managing the seating chart, filtering guests so as to maintain the flow for servers- tending to guests’ needs and questions in a patient and respectful manner- performing opening and closing duties, assisting with side work (cleaning, stocking, folding silverware)- delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately- acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff

- led a weekly in-person section for students, offering guidance in conceptual understanding of course material and assignments- graded 50% of homework assignments for the 10 week duration of the class- hosted a weekly remote office hour to provide additional support for students- answered emails from students- communicated regularly with lead professor on student needs/points of confusion

Contributed to the work of an experimental particle physics research group with a professor at UCSC and the Santa Cruz Institute of Particle Physics (SCIPP). Participated in a study of XFEL beam diagnostics; my calculation of the calibration parameter to a diamond sensor's received energy contributed to the team's ability to extract refined results of main study, as detailed in a publication in the Journal of Synchrotron Radiation.Duties of work:- general laboratory assistance in the development of, and analysis of data from, high frame-rate X-ray demonstrator projects, making use of Low Gain Avalanche Detectors (LGADs) and diamond sensors- general laboratory assistance in the characterization of fast LGAD and diamond sensors- generate plots, diagrams, and narrative descriptions that document results and arrange them for public presentation to members of SCIPP, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and Lawrence Berkeley National Lab- perform tasks as defined by the supervisor including testing of electronic circuits, debugging of circuits, analysis of data, drafting reports and presenting results

One of four undergraduate representatives on the Diversity and Climate Committee of UCSC's physics department. A shared leadership position alongside physics faculty, staff, and graduate students, aiming to improve DEI initiatives.This includes organizing and promoting community- and connection-building events. I helped establish a virtual space for the student body to express honest feedback re: matters of climate which can be streamlined directly to the department. This has both improved communication between students and professors, and brought about concrete changes/improvements.

Member of research team, as part of an introduction to research in astrophysics class. Worked on a project that sought a method of detecting the presence of a core in the gas giant Jupiter- extracted various hypothetical density profiles of Jupiter, calculated subsequent gravitational parameters, from 2016 JUNO space mission databases- modeled results via Python and other visualization tools- co-authored a paper detailing results of study- designing and presented a poster at a department wide research fair

Poll worker for the primary elections of 2016 and midterm elections of 2018 in San Francisco- setting up and breaking down equipment, voting booths, and ballot counting machines- checking in voters, distributed ballots, directing voters to placement of vote-by-mail ballots- source of general information for voters
