- graduated from LSU in 2016 with a music degree and a minor in Chinese, unsure of where to go from there- immediately started painting with watercolors, mostly commissioned "house portraits" and florals- picked up Photoshop and Illustrator techniques for piecing my own artwork into stationery designs- completed an Adobe CC course series taught by Dan Scott on Skillshare; more commissioned designs- currently working through a full-stack web development bootcamp taught by Colt Steele through Udemy. I think my past studies in music and Chinese have contributed significantly to my interest and practice in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (since they are all languages, in essence).I am looking to start a junior/entry-level position as a web designer or front-end web developer, and to ideally also be able to incorporate my own creativity with graphic design into that line of work. I hope to work for a growing company that will push me to keep expanding my skill sets and flourish in the digital media/tech industry.
