As an Energy Specialist at EDF (UK), one of the largest energy providers in the country, I have been helping customers with their energy needs. My mission is to provide excellent service and support to customers, from managing their accounts and bills, to advising them on energy efficiency and sustainability. I use my skills in communication and data analysis to understand customer needs, deliver solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.I have over 15 years of experience in the utilities industry, having worked as a Team Performance Coach and a Customer Service Specialist at EDF (UK) before becoming an Energy Specialist. During this time, I have developed and honed my skills in employee coaching and problem solving, contributing to the improvement of service delivery and operational performance. I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools, such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office, that enable me to work more efficiently and effectively. I am passionate and dedicated to my role, and I enjoy working with customers and colleagues to achieve our goals.
