In my transition to a full-time role at Bellu/HAIRCOR, I was given the responsibility to lead the marketing team. We completed the brand strategy and were able to start signing contracts with clients. Much of my time was spent developing effective contracts and visuals to onboard new clients to the HAIRCOR experience.

After developing an effective social media, website, and ad strategy for Bellu, I helped to launch the marketing materials for HAIRCOR, Bellu's sister company. Much of my time was spent in developing a B2B sales strategy to begin acquiring clients. The marketing materials and sales strategy were used to gather over 100+ interested leads with the intention of working with HAIRCOR.

My first role at Bellu was to lead the social media and ads across three platforms. I chose to expand my role and also work on improving the conversion rate on the website. With my team, I was able to redesign the website to be more compatible with the conversion funnel. I also implemented Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads, Tag Manager, and My Business to gather data on the company website. With the new website in place, I was able to better my ad performance across both website and social media platforms.

As a Digital Marketing Intern at Fresh Consulting, I played a pivotal role in revolutionizing the trajectory of Brancher.ai, an innovative product that was lacking a cohesive marketing strategy six months after its launch. Taking the initiative, I formulated a comprehensive content marketing strategy that encompassed web and social media optimization, brand identity with core design elements and colors, and comprehensive competitor analysis to discover Brancher.ai's unique selling point. To ensure a strong brand identity, I meticulously defined our brand voice, and to validate our approach, I conducted a user feedback survey involving over 400 participants, which provided invaluable insights into audience demographics, psychographics, and pain points. Leveraging Intercom, I executed email campaigns that engaged our audience, and personal emails to develop the brand personality with individual consumers of the product.

I taught 200+ volunteers who serve in Visitors Centers and Historic Sites for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. These locations are scattered across the globe so that volunteers can reach people from all cultures and backgrounds. My role was to help volunteers know how to connect with guests, adjust to meet their needs, and help them have an uplifting experience. I conduct 15-20 hour weekly training that prepares volunteers with the necessary skills needed in order to be effective in their assigned locations. Volunteers leave the training feeling more confident and prepared to fulfill their purpose.

In December of 2021, I decided that Marketing was the career path I was going to take. As a student at Brigham Young University, I took the opportunity to find an On-Campus Internship to gain more marketing experience. I worked with Fastercise/Burst Fitness as a Social Media Marketing Intern where I was able to help the company increase its social media reach and launch a new mobile application. After exceeding the CEO’s expectations, I continued to work for Fastercise/Burst Fitness after the internship concluded. I continued to lead the company’s social media platforms for the next few months, helping the CEO balance her workload. This experience helped me develop skills in Facebook Business Suite, Microsoft Excel, teamwork, and dealing with ambiguity.
