• Organising equipment NDT, CVI Inspections and Load Test, uploading certificates in Frank’s ETM system.• Creating Equipment Loadout Delivery Tickets, preparing documentation for load outs and finalising Delivery Ticketsbefore equipment dispatch, communicating with Clients via phone /email regarding loadout requirements and documentation needed once dispatched.• Tracking/Monitor current whereabouts of imported/exported equipment, Parts and Consumables.• Obtaining quote for Transport from multiple suppliers and arranging daily/weekly pickups and deliveries.• Prepare and issue Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists for intercompany and Client transfers.• Producing Daily PO's and obtaining quotes for consumables, Completing MRF's for requesting Parts and Equipment• Receiving in Equipment once delivered from the client, evaluating the equipment to establish if they have been used orunused and return ticket process ticket for invoicing.• Closing out of completed projects/wells and following up on outstanding equipment and returned damaged equipment.• To check details/availability/status of tools on Frank’s ETM system before sending out on a job.• Running Reports for upcoming Inspection/Retrofit requirement for equipment allocated to be dispatched to Rent.• Organising and Monitoring Inventory. Listing the volume and type of parts/consumables we have in the workshop.• Liaise with Clients on Delivery and Receival of Equipment to and from our premise and make sure all documentation isand returned for Accounts to proceed to invoice stage.• Complete Asset Request Forms for new equipment purchased, sent to the USA for serial numbers along with Purchase Order,Delivery Docket, Photo evidence.• Working alongside workshop personnel to distinguish if equipment requires retrofitting, once established I will proceed toorder the correct materials to complete.• Construct Annual Equipment Stock takes.
