Managed a 2,500-capacity music venue, overseeing event operations, artist hospitality, marketing, and talent bookings. Led multiple teams to ensure seamless event execution and an enhanced customer experience for 3-5 shows per week. I worked closely with artists, managers, and tour staff, while leading security meetings to ensure safe and well-run shows. Additionally, I collaborated with the in-house marketing team to boost event visibility and audience engagement across digital platforms. I left this role to pursue Graduate School after acceptance into a marketing program abroad.

Led the marketing team on a student-led committee responsible for the complete execution of large-scale festivals, concerts, and events for students and the local community. Sponsored by the Walton Foundation, the committee had significant resources, allowing the committee to secure high-calibre talent, particularly for its annual music festival, which draws an average of 10,000 attendees each year. I worked directly with artist agents to book talent and organise the lineup featuring notable acts such as Snoop Dogg, John Mayer, Dominic Fike, and Kesha. My role involved managing artist bookings, talent hospitality, event promotion, and student outreach. I created and managed social media campaigns on Instagram and TikTok, collaborating with influencers and developing digital strategies that increased event visibility and engagement. Additionally, I photographed talent and produced content for the festival’s social media presence, oversaw event operations such as load-ins, ticketing, and security, and served as a hospitality runner for artists and their teams.

I was promoted from intern to Account Coordinator at a digital marketing and public relations firm, managing over five client accounts. My role involved enhancing brand and event awareness by growing clients’ social media presence, increasing online engagement, and developing effective digital marketing campaigns. I also wrote and distributed press releases and media kits, successfully securing local and national press coverage while maintaining strong, positive brand images for my clients.

As a participant of the George's Majestic Lounge college ambassadorship program, I work with George’s, the oldest music venue in Arkansas, to promote the venue's concerts and events independently through various social media and print platforms in exchange for volunteer opportunities during shows, and insight from professionals in the entertainment industry.

In addition to co-founding Hill Records, I served as Marketing Director, leading the marketing and communications team. I managed the promotional budget for the artist roster and set timelines for each artist. I planned and approved campaigns for album releases and showcases, and booked press opportunities and live shows for talent all while closely monitoring KPIs to ensure alignment with ROI goals. I developed and executed comprehensive social media strategies, including designing posts, stories, and reels, while managing daily activity across all platforms. Additionally, I served as A&R Co-Chair, where I selected and evaluated artists for the Hill Records roster. I also worked as the event photographer for press events and live shows.

I worked as the camp photographer for Kanakuk K1, an elementary and early middle school overnight camp, in Branson, MO for the summer.I was housed on-site and worked daily from 7am to 10pm to photograph campers during all scheduled activities. Here, I made sure each child was in multiple photos, I uploaded and edited photos twice daily, and I published photos which were then sent to the parents of campers and used for promotional campaigns in social media or the Kanakuk websites.

Under the mentorship of AEG Presents’ marketing manager, I developed an advertising campaign, website, Instagram page, and marketing plan for my own mock-music festival to demonstrate my knowledge in the field of event promotion. I also assisted in the marketing of 'Off the Rails Fest', in Frisco, TX in addition to other live shows promoted through AEG throughout Q1 and Q2 of 2019.

I was mentored by the marketing coordinator at Granada Theater where I assisted in the promotion of concerts coming to Granada Theater through digital and social media platforms while tracking the marketing analytics, creating social audits, managing artist relations, etc.
