I developed the Special Projects team from scratch at Grant Thornton in 2008, working with a wide range of businesses in Yorkshire and the East Midlands to provide ad hoc accounting projects on demand.During this period I grew the Special Projects team, and services provided include interim finance roles on a secondment basis, design and preparation of management information and KPI's, financial forecasting, year end accounting support and other ad hoc projects.
