I am a partner in our fast paced Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team leading on our Growth agenda nationally. My passion is finding the right solution to help finance leaders and their teams navigate change and periods of intense activity by providing practical and pragmatic solutions, appropriate resources and technical financial reporting advice based on my prior experience and knowledge of working in industry roles.In FAAS, we support clients who need to strengthen their finance teams with a high-quality finance placement solution or need additional financial reporting expertise. We work with organisations that are struggling with a business-critical deliverable, and our team provide much-needed expertise at the right time. Working collaboratively with your team, we develop and deliver a clear project plan and effective solution.I work with various businesses, from multinational listed groups to privately-owned, fast-growing dynamic companies. I am passionate about our firm, developing our people and building long term relationships with clients and the wider business community. I believe in a strong network and that collaboration and working together is the key to success. I am also joint leader of our Sheffield office.Outside of work, my family keep me very busy, and I love cooking, seeing friends, my garden and the great outdoors.
