-Utilize working knowledge of all company operations, including but not limited to: Underwriting guidelines, procedures and service standards, policy and coverages, and payment processing procedures.-Trains, motivates and assists agency personnel in implementing company-marketing programs to increase productivity and improve bottom line results.-Prepare for agency calls by analyzing agency specific data with follow up on a regular agency call report and provide analysis and assessment of sales results for assigned group of agents.

-Develop and maintain an agency plant capable of producing profitable premium volume sufficient to meet territory annual assigned goals. -Develop and maintain excellent rapport and relationships with agency staff and internal contacts all via the telephone.-Partner with Sales manager and Outside Territory Managers to create strategies toward achieving sales objectives.

-Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. -Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

-Communicate with customers and navigate their insurance information-Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell based on customer needs-Provide expert professional support to our agents as they continue to grow their business-Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them quickly-Make sales calls to new potential clients-Assist in the recruiting of new Insurance Consultants by utilizing your sales and customer relationship skills

-Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.-Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.-Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
