During my summer internship with the Global Marketing department with Urban Decay, I assisted with various marketing duties and worked with several other departments such as Public Relations, Education, US Marketing, Creative and Product Development. I efficiently analyzed trend and competitive data which was used by the team to plan for future launches and predict trends.
I was given the opportunity to create a Fully Loaded Launch (FLL) re-animation for UD’s legendary product; All Nighter Setting Spray. I used research and data to create a project brief and strategy for the launch. I worked to create messaging influence creative for a full campaign. I collaborated with the Public Relations and in-house advertising teams and presented my campaign to Urban Decay and L'Oréal representatives.

Guide creative strategy in campaign for Wienerschnitzel, the client of the 2018-2019 National Student Advertising Competition. Lead brainstorming sessions for a team of 25 students, conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data, and formulate insights.

In my term as the CEO (or chapter president), our chapter received gold awards for: Academic Achievement, Member Development, Service & Philanthropy and Citizenship & Social Responsibility. These are the four benchmarks that measure the success of organizations by the university. Additionally, our chapter received the Sorority Chapter of the Year award.
