Key project experiences include:1. Oracle HFM and HP design and implementation for a large Hong Kong property developer - Participated in the Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)/ Planning (HP) implementation project for one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong. Involved in the System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing for HFM implementation. Participated in the user requirement collection for HP implementation and involved in the design of prototype, including dimension, calculation logic, input form and report 2. Finance process review and improvement for a large Hong Kong property developer - The project assisted the client in preparing for the future financial system implementation by reviewing and improving Statutory Consolidation, Management Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Cash and Treasury processes3. Finance Transformation with a large US media group - Gathered financial and operational data for baseline analysis to understand current Finance efficiency and identify potential improvement opportunities - Designed Finance Target Operating Model (incl. future organization structure), identified and quantify potential cost savings and proposed high-level roadmap4. Global Finance Transformation Program with one of the largest global media group - Conducted interviews of Finance department for major media brands of the group in China to understand the as-is finance processes, including media billing, media payable, management accounting and budgeting - Identified the current pain points and root causes and developed high level recommendations and roadmap for the identified issues5. Closing process review for a large multi-national manufacturer - Reviewed the client’s month end closing process by conducting workshops and interviews with the client’s Finance staff and made recommendations to simplify and streamline the closing processes
