Current• Manages Fleet Advisory Hub profiled audience database consisting of 13k+ fleet decision-makers with over 1.5M vehiclesDataset management tasks include: facilitating recruitment for Commercial Vehicle/Fleet research, maintaining and merging up-to-date records, and coding new data transformations• Facilitates communication and collaboration with clients as a main point of contact through the quantitative research process, from drafting and designing questionnaires to fielding surveys to creating and presenting final deliverables• Analyzes survey data to develop insights and recommendations to support Commercial Vehicle/Fleet reports on an ad hoc and syndicated basis• Ensures data quality for deliverables through survey data cleaning and report quality checking, using SPSS syntax, Excel formulas, and manual verbatim review• Assists with a broad spectrum of market research projects as well as quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including UX research, brand research, product research, competitive analysis, MaxDiff and Conjoint exercises, and in-depth interviews
