The Kempe Foundation for the Prevention and Treatment of Child Abuse and Neglect is a world leader in the prevention and treatment of child abuse and neglect. Development & Fundraising: - Develop and implement Board team fundraising competition for duration of FY16- Identify and work with prospective and existing organizations/forums to disseminate Kempe's message and educate interest groups through Public Education Committee. Target groups include chamber of commerce's, business, trade and community service groups. Focus within millennia's and Gen X in Denver and Colorado.- Assist in identifying and developing a Cause Marketing Campaign with a private sector corp.- Identify and solicit potential corporate sponsors and partners for annual Golf Tournament & Gala (700+ attendees).- Work with vendors, contractors, Gala committees and staff to coordinate and execute sponsorships, sales and PR and day-of tasks for annual Golf Tournament & Gala.- Wright grants for gifts < $50,000.- Assist in Board Member cultivation, engagement and giving.- Conduct thorough national and local foundation and individual giving prospect research.
