Emma's focus is on enterprise-wide transformation, including digital transformation, restructuring, operational excellence and efficiency. She is experienced at operating at c-suite level and has excellent stakeholder management, programme delivery, commercial, change management and communication skills. Emma has extensive experience as a Transformation Programme Director, shaping and driving the delivery of large, complex, multi-year change programmes.Emma has worked with a diverse range of clients and is able to bring her experience with both the public and private sector to bear to provide a fresh perspective.Emma has a 1st class English Literature & Language degree from Manchester University.
