Ever since I studied Consumer Psychology at University, I have been intrigued and fascinated by the way people see, want, use and desire products and services. I have worked in a range of customer service roles and my keen eye to see what makes people happy has enabled me to be very successful in engaging people, selling products and providing the service they want. It’s no secret that good service leads to customer loyalty, which leads to business success. That moment when someone tells you that you have made their day, or their trip is priceless and one I strive for regularly. This of course isn’t always easy, you have to be strong in difficult situations, find the positive outcome and realistic solutions. I’ve developed so many skills and methods along my career that I can stay cool calm and collected when faced with adversity. My methodical processes, time management and endless lists also help to keep myself and my tasks organised to a fault.I am constantly learning and never settle, whether it’s a language, biking, crocheting, travelling or on the ski slopes. I have always had a thirst for developing myself, expanding my horizons and meeting new people. I’ve travelled extensively and developed a passion for the Tourism Industry, finding myself settling in the incredible mountain town of Whistler. Here I have surrounded myself with likeminded people, maintaining the important life balance of working hard and playing hard.
