I am a highly motivated and driven individual, keen to combine my technical brain with creative and innovative problem solving to provide bright and fresh insights into the way things can be done. I achieved a first class degree in Business Analytics and Consultancy from Lancaster University enabling me to gain invaluable theoretical and analytical skills that I enjoy implementing in the workplace. I joined the John Lewis Partnership on the highly competitive Technology Graduate scheme back in 2017 where I had the chance to rotate around various areas of IT in both John Lewis and Waitrose. Since moving off the scheme in 2018 I firstly specialised as a Senior Analyst supporting the Waitrose CRM team before expanding to support the Waitrose & John Lewis Retails teams more broadly.Alongside my analytics role I was a proud Partnership Councillor and therefore played a role as one of the 3 governing authorities of the Partnership representing the Strategy & Commercial Development area of the business.Since early 2023 I started a new role as a Product Manager at Oxford University Press in their Education division managing multiple products that serve students and teachers globally.
