    As a member of the Global Hotel & Owner Solutions team, I continued to bridge the gap between commercial and technology in this role as the Global Product Manager for Sales & Catering, and Salesforce/Corporate Administrator.I managed 5 complex Delphi.fdc instances (Salesforce), supporting over 2,000 users, from more than 150 Hotels, across all regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC).A key part of my role was forming and maintaining a strong vendor management of Amadeus Hospitality, ensuring Delphi.fdc met the needs of sales users globally, with these requirements being supported by declarative customizations of the underlying Salesforce platform.I successfully led and rolled out the global standards process, focusing on customization of the Salesforce platform. Bringing regional ORGs into alignment to allow for the unlocking of future integrations and IHG proprietary solutions.I led IHG specific customization of the Delphi.fdc (Salesforce) platform to ensure a “best in class” product for the end user, ensuring training and education of both new and existing users. This involved development of improved automation and enablement on a global scale, globalizing regional customizations, with focus on process builder, workflows and formula fields.I led “Project Sweep” focusing on improving data quality through duplicate management, reports and dashboards whilst utilizing the DemandTools application.Outside of Delphi.fdc, I led the Sales & Catering lite solution selection process to meet the needs of 3000+ Hotels. Collaborating with commercial, procurement, technology and user experience teams. Collecting requirements in order to create user stories and user journeys to enable selection criteria.I was also a Lead Enrichment Workstream Team Lead, focusing on the end user experience of a global sales project, forming part of the IHG Group Sales and Marketing Strategy for which IHG won the Cvent Group Game Changer Award.

    In this role I bridged the gap between Commercial and Technology, managing a complex Delphi.fdc (Salesforce) instance, supporting over 500 users, from more than 30 of IHG's InterContinental and Crowne Plaza Hotels.In this role I focused on complex business problems and processes and looked how these could be refined and developed, through declarative development “clicks not code”, and trained all users both onsite and remote.My main focus was on productivity and automation, which was achieved through customize configuration of record types, page layouts, help text, formulas, standardized picklist values, validation rules, workflows and process builders.Whilst in this role we migrated our Delphi (Microsoft Product) users to Delphi.fdc (Salesforce) which gave me a wealth of change management experience, along with the knowledge of the migration process of legacy Delphi to Delphi.fdcAnother of my major focus points was around report requirements gathering, and then report creation, utilizing Salesforce, SSRS and Marketvision.On of my favorite parts of my role was launching and leading the European Delphi Champions User Group, which allowed me to train and educate both our Property Administrator and Property Users, both face to face and remotely. I really enjoyed seeing the teams making the most of the solution, maximizing opportunities and generating increased revenues.
