As a people person I enjoy helping candidates finding their next career move. I relish the challenge of finding a good candidate and matching them with my client's job roles. A key aspect of this is the social fit, ensuring that the candidate's personality matches the culture of the recruiting company.In my spare time I enjoy making sushi - although I am very novice at this and it doesn't look too pretty, but it does taste very good. I also love going out for dinner and enjoying a large glass of wine. On the sporting side I prefer to watch rather than participate but I am not impartial to the odd bit of running.The sectors in which we regularly recruit include: Aviation, transport and logistics, construction, healthcare, business services and manufacturing.
