Compassionate and experienced HR, L&D & Leadership professional with a career spanning 24 years in a variety of industries including IT Software, FMCG, Property & Investment Management, Healthcare and Hospitality.Having coached, mentored and led Senior Management Teams and Business Leaders within small, medium and large corporates, I understand and listen to the vision and values of different organisations, key business operating models and business drivers and working in partnership with horses to helps participants identify default patterns of behaviour, build better relationships and communicate more effectively; and through this work comes confidence and trust.I combine bold, visionary thinking with transparency, vulnerability and humility. My manner of working creates profound learning experiences for both individuals and teams, which in turn lead to sustainable behavioural change, and I intuitively knows when to challenge people to realise their potential and when to allow space for the learning to unfold naturally and create a powerful learning environment and a safe space for people to explore new ways of leading.I’ve always lived around horses and they have had a pivotal role in my development. They are are perfect fit for the way I work with their innate understanding of the way we, human beings, operate. We help them be vibrant compelling and courageous. - Training and competing in classical riding, dressage & working equitation and I can be seen regularly at demos and clinics with riders and trainers from across the world in my never-ending quest for learning and knowledge through sustainability, harmony and respect.I’m also available for speaking engagements to equestrian and general audiences.
