Be a best buddy for an individual with an intellectual or developmental disability. Talk to them a couple times a week and one in person meeting a month. Check in and see how they are doing in every aspect of their life. Provide them with a safe space to communicate their thoughts and feelings.

● Designed, delivered, and supported in-person programming for children and youth ages 6-11● Lead and supported trainings, meetings, workshops and program evaluations to navigate challenges and new programming as required● Supervise program leaders and volunteers as well as support them● Maintained positive relationships with members, staff, and parents, managed challenging behaviours and complex needs of children and youth● Performed opening and closing procedures, assisted in creating program calendars and capturing social media content
