Emma is a fully qualified ARB and RIBA Chartered Architect and property developer who has a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture (distinction), 1st Class Master of Architecture Degree and BA(Hons) Architecture degree from the University of Westminster and University of Liverpool. In 2019 the RIBA Journal longlisted Emma as a 'Rising Star' for her "entrepreneurial development and architecture”. During Emma's time at university she also received a nomination for the prestigious RIBA Silver President's medal for her Master's thesis project and received the Sir Charles Reilly Medal for best thesis project. In 2017 after many successful years working as an Architect at high end residential specialist architect companies across London, Emma founded Portfolio Architects which helps design-led property investors to maximise the potential of their property whilst creating homes that people love to live in. Alongside this Emma also develops her own investment projects consisting of HMO’s, flips and BTLs.
