Emmaly is mission driven Entrepreneur dedicated to changing the outcome for disabled individuals who has experienced a lifetime of trials, tribulations, tragedy, triumph that have made her knowledgeable, empathetic, enthusiastic and passionate about life and teaching.Emmaly grew up in Fairfield Ohio as the youngest of three Children and at an early age knew that there was something she was supposed to do in life that would require a lot of life lessons to be able to achieve it. She graduated from Butler Tech. with a degree in Early Childhood education and taught preschool for 4 years before starting her sales career in Sales18 years ago that has lead her into everything from business management, company start up, sales coordinator, sales trainer to marketing director and everything in between always choosing positions that would allow her to obtain the necessary skill set to one day open her own company even though she had no idea what that company would be, she knew she would figure it out along the way.Throughout her career she excelled at creating, developing, streamlining and implementing sales training and overall company processes. She started her sales career at a Weight loss Company where she worked with dieticians to teach nutrition and behavioral modification. Less than a year in her son was in a car accident and suffered a Traumatic Brain injury, he was 5 and the prediction was that he would never walk, talk, taste, hear or smell again which created an opportunity to work with many different organizations on various platforms( St. Joes orphanage, MRDD, the brain injury research team at children's etc.) in order to prove them wrong, that led to obtaining funding for a brain injury clinic at Cincinnati Children's as well as being able to spend last 2 research projects after 13 years of hard work and dedication putting into medical practice the treatment and rehabilitations that were collaboratively designed through this process. While keeping her eye on the prize she did not let it beat her she still managed to stay on a career track working full time, spending 20+hours a week taking him to rehabilitation clinics as a single mother with a mortgage and 2 kids and 18 years later is opening a company to teach process skills to other individuals with PTSD, anxiety and brain injury and share my experiences with the world in hopes of changing the outcome for all.
