My role as a Logistics Advisor at Bridge Logistics Inc. has given me an enormous amount of opportunities to learn and grow in the logistics/transportation industry. In my time here, I have gained the knowledge and skills to keep both my customers and carriers happy and continuously working with Bridge Logistics. Having strong relationships and communication is a skill I have always had, but have been able to expand that to entirely new levels in this position. I have been able to adjust and capitalize on my previous sales experience, in order to adapt to this industry quickly. I am heavily involved in supporting my companies mission, which is to "Inspire a culture that nurtures and respects our team, customers, and carriers." This beautifully aligns with my personal WHY statement, "To promote thought and creative solutions in order to positively engage others to achieve a more knowledgeable, balanced and productive atmosphere."
