Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation And Learning Manager
Current- Provide technical support for PMEL including training, facilitating Theory of Change workshops, developing PMEL plans, advising on after-action reviews and evaluations, capturing lessons learned, developing quality.
- Lead the adoption of the institute's M&E system, DevResults; responsible for developing training materials, ensuring quality and consistency of training, training programs, centers, core functions, and country offices
- Integrate quality control measures in DevResults, working with PMEL staff across WRI to adhere to internal standards and ensure smooth interconnections with reporting systems, set up reporting dashboards in PowerBI
- Advise on and co-develop primary data collection tools (e.g., surveys, questionnaires, semi-structured interview guides, etc.) and support implementation of primary data cleaning, analysis, and reporting protocols
- Provide dedicated support to project teams and country offices to develop and test data collection tools for monitoring livelihoods, resilience, and other key areas; ensure tools are compatible with our M&E system.
