As a former NCAA athlete and one of four team leaders representing over 30 athletes, I have developed leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, which have been crucial in both my athletic and professional experiences. My time as an assistant swim coach sharpened my ability to mentor and develop athletes, while also enhancing my multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities in managing diverse responsibilities. These experiences, combined with my strong work ethic, have equipped me to thrive in high-pressure environments.With a major in marketing and a focus on sports business, my goal is to leverage my athletic background and leadership experience to pursue a career focusing not only on team-related roles but also on opportunities that allow me to work with sports-oriented brands and organizations.
