Roles & Responsibilities:• Attend fortnightly meetings with Marketing Managers, business Managers & project managers to put action plans in place to change issues within team and to make the onboarding process a lot simpler and easier for the customer’s experience.• Complete call analysis and provide constructive feedback to advisors within team.• Train new advisors within team and providing them with the skills and tools to do their job and ensure they are well equipped to deal with any queries
