Liaising with emergency services as necessary.Pro-actively making suggestions to Mitie management where there is scope for improvement to the service provided and taking ownership of any agreed changes, communicating them to the team and providing guidance during the change.This role requires a friendly and professional demeanour, as well as the ability to act as an authority figure in the event of an incident or emergency.
