As a social secretary, I lead member engagement and growth initiatives for the Women's Society, focusing on creating a supportive and inclusive environment for members. My responsibilities include managing our social media platforms, organising society events and recruiting new members, which has helped expand our society's reach and created a strong sense of community. I also represent the society at student fairs and coordinate with other members of the committee to deliver events. This role has helped me improve my skills in social media management, event planning, and communication, all while allowing me to make a meaningful impact on campus. I actively build relationships with local organisations to create collaborative events and shared opportunities for our members.
